  • Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  • On medium setting blend them for 2-3 minutes.
  • You can add ice to make them more cold.


2. Buttermilk:

Buttermilk is the leftover water after churning butter from the cream. This by-product has soothing properties that can calm down irritated stomach and reduce burning sensation. It help alleviate pain and swelling cause by acid reflux.

Buttermilk also help treat burnt esophagus and aid in digestion. It is an excellent home remedy to treat gastritis symptoms. It taste like curd and minimize the side effect of eating spicy and oily foods.

  • One glass of chilled buttermilk
  • 2-3 pinch of table-salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder

  • In the glass of buttermilk mix the cumin powder and salt.

3. Coconut Water

  • Half cup of fresh coconut water
